1. Standard Experience:

• Explore the wild animal world with an automatic audio guide system in Vietnamese and English.
• Each journey lasts 20 minutes; no pre-registration is required.
• Free of charge, included in the entrance ticket.
• No interaction stops at the Elephant House/Deer House stations.

2. VIP Tour Experience:

• Experience an enhanced package with an experienced guide.
• Includes 01 souvenir/drink voucher.
• Interaction allowed at 01 stop at the Elephant House/Deer House, depending on the animals’ daily health status, which the guide will announce upon departure.
• Departures at the 30 and 60-minute marks, coordinated by the guide.
• Please register at the VIP Tour ticket counter near the pier.

3. Fastpass VVIP Experience:

• Private experience with priority check-in, maximum 10 guests per boat.
• Accompanied by a professional guide providing commentary.
• Includes 01 souvenir & bottled water voucher.
• Includes a maximum of 10 portions of animal feed.
• Interaction allowed at 02 stops at the Elephant House/Deer House, depending on the animals’ daily health status, which the guide will announce upon departure.
