1. Steps to Use the Aquafield Ocean City Membership Card

1.1 Activate Your Card

• The membership card is activated from your very first use of services at Aquafield.
• At the reception desk, our staff will assist you with facial recognition (FaceID) to verify your identity and synchronize the information with your card. This process ensures security and convenience for future visits.

1.2 Service Check-in

• First visit: Use the QR code on your membership card to check in at the check-in kiosk located at the reception desk.
• From the second visit onward: Simply use FaceID for quick check-in—no need to present the card.
• Once check-in is successful, the system will automatically assign you a personal locker number.

1.3 Access and Use Your Locker

• With your assigned locker number, proceed to the corresponding locker area to store your personal belongings.
• The lockers are designed to be safe and convenient, giving you peace of mind while using Aquafield’s services.

1.4 Changing Rooms & Sauna Experience

• After storing your belongings, head to the gender-specific changing and bathing/sauna areas.
• Aquafield staff will provide assistance and supply you with Aquafield’s designated attire for use throughout your experience.

1.5 Enjoy Aquafield’s Services

• Once all steps are completed, you’re free to explore and enjoy Aquafield’s extensive range of relaxation, wellness, and entertainment services.

2. Membership Card Terms and Conditions

• The card is valid for 30 days / 90 days / 12 months, corresponding to Silver / Gold / VIP tiers, starting from the activation date.
• The membership card is a personal identification card linked to facial recognition and is non-transferable. Purchased cards are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
• Members must comply with Aquafield’s general regulations on safety, hygiene, gender-specific zones, and follow staff instructions.
• Aquafield reserves the right to suspend or terminate the card if any fraudulent activity, card lending, or violation of internal rules is detected.
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., Aquafield’s temporary closure with no alternative facility available), compensation or card replacement will follow the current policy in effect at the time of the incident.
• Aquafield reserves the right to change or adjust membership benefits and terms of use from time to time. All updates will be announced publicly through Aquafield’s official communication channels.
