3.1. VinWonders voucher (birthday/membership card upgrade)

• Step 1: Log in to the VinWonders website/mobile app and select your destination
• Step 2: Add the selected product to your shopping cart
• Step 3: In the Promotions section, apply the voucher code “Happy Birthday with VinWonders” or “Congratulations on Your Membership Card Upgrade”
• Step 4: Complete your payment and get ready to receive your tickets via email or SMS

3.2. Vinpearl dining voucher (birthday)

• Step 1: Visit Vinpearl.com or the MyVinpearl mobile app and log in using your email address or phone number
• Step 2: Go to the “Account” section and select “My Offers” (Vinpearl)
• Step 3: Select the voucher “Happy Birthday with Vinpearl”, tap “Use”, choose “My QR Code”, and present the code to the staff to proceed with payment

• The vouchers are valid within 03 months from the date they are issued.
• The vouchers are applicable to dining at Vinpearl properties and purchasing VinWonders tickets via VinWonders.com or the VinWonders mobile app.
• Once a service has been booked, no refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made except in cases of force majeure.
• Electronic vouchers are issued in the name of the user and may not be sold or transferred.
