Scientific name: Agave americana, Agave altissima, Agave spectabili, Agave spectabilis

Origin: South American rainforest (Mexico, El Salvador, Venezuela, Costa Rica…)

Description: The tree has all colors such as red, blue, white, pink… arranged in a very artistic symmetrical pattern in the center. South American pineapple has flowers, usually growing straight. The flower cane can be up to 10m high. It blooms for a long time before withering and bearing fruit. The fruit of the pineapple tree will be about 4cm long when grown, very tough. Once ripe, it will turn into wood. South American pineapple leaf extract can also be used as a sweetener.
