PLAY ZONE REGULATIONS

1. Guests are not allowed to bring into the park:

Food and drinks (except specially prepared food for children or guests with special dietary needs); live animals; bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, audio devices… that may disturb visitors or animals; weapons (including bows), explosives, or prohibited goods.

Guests may use the locker service available near the entrance and exit areas.

2. Guests who purchase an entrance ticket are entitled to participate in all rides and visit all areas of Grand Park according to park regulations (excluding any additional services requested by the guest). Purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Children under 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

4. Practice civilized behavior:

Queue orderly at each attraction and play area. Do not step on the grass, break branches, pick flowers, or damage landscapes, plants, property, and decorative/display items in the park. Do not litter or spit indiscriminately.

5. Maintain a safe distance while moving. Do not stand on walls or railings around ponds, do not lie on or climb trees, stone benches, or public wooden benches. Do not sit on railings or lean on fenced areas or places with danger warning signs.

6. Take care of and protect your personal belongings. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property inside Grand Park.

7. Always follow the instructions and guidance of staff at the attractions, especially in emergency situations.

8. Smoking is permitted only in areas expressly designated and signposted for smoking. Any violation will incur a restoration fee of VND 3,000,000 per stay during which smoking is detected in non-designated areas, to cover deep cleaning, deodorization, and the restoration of any affected equipment, furnishings, and fixtures.

9. Do not feed animals on your own, except in permitted areas and using food provided under the guidance of animal care staff.

10. Fully respect the life of animals: Do not use flash when photographing animals; do not throw objects into animal habitats; do not harass, provoke, or tease animals in any way; do not enter animal enclosures or staff-only areas.

11. Commercial filming or photography requires prior approval from park management.

12. Acts that contravene Vietnamese law or offend public order and good morals are strictly prohibited, as are behaviors that negatively affect the appearance of the premises or disturb other visitors. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: playing or organizing card games/gambling within the premises; using stimulants or banned products (including electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products); fighting or inciting violence, etc. Guests shall bear full responsibility before Vietnamese law and the Park for any violations.

For your own safety and that of the community, we kindly ask for your proactive and voluntary cooperation. Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave Grand Park and is not responsible for ticket refunds or compensation for damages if the above rules are violated.
