Option 1: Pre check-in via the VinWonders app

To avoid waiting in line to collect wristbands at the event, you are encouraged to pre check-in on the VinWonders app by following these steps. Please note, pre check-in through the app will be available until 11:59 PM on November 5th. After this time, all ticket holders will be required to check in directly at the designated event entrances.

Step 1: Download the VinWonders app

Step 2: Access the pre check-in section for the event using one of the following methods:

• Tap “Start Now” on the banner displayed when you open the VinWonders app.
• Or, in the “Select Destination” bar, choose G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] IN HANOI, presented by VPBank.
• Then, tap the “+” icon at the bottom center of the screen and select “Check-in before the G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] IN HANOI, presented by VPBank”.

• Log in to your VinWonders account, then tap “Start” to begin the pre check-in process. If there are multiple people verifying their faces at the same time, please wait as instructed – the system will automatically redirect you to the verification screen when it’s your turn.

Step 3. Select the ticket you want to verify with Face ID 

• Select your ticket using one of the following methods: scan the QR code on your e-ticket or physical ticket; upload a photo containing the QR code; or tap “Select Ticket” and choose from “My Tickets”.

• If the ticket code is valid, the system will display the ticket information including seat category and show date. Please confirm the details and tap “Continue” to proceed with face verification.

(*) Note:

• If the ticket code is invalid, please double-check your ticket. It may not be eligible for pre check-in or may have expired. In that case, contact the ticket seller directly.
• If the ticket code is already registered, it means this ticket has been used for face verification before.

Step 4. Take a photo of your face for verification 

• Please remove sunglasses, masks, and hats before taking the photo for verification.
• Ensure your face is evenly lit and clearly visible.
• If the face is already registered, you may have already verified for another ticket code for the same show.

• Once your face is successfully verified, you’ll receive a confirmation notification via app and log-in email.

Step 5. Collect your wristband and attend the event 

• Wristband collection locations by ticket class:
• Nov 6-7 (10 am – 7 pm): 1st Floor, Vincom Mega Mall Ocean Park 1 (applicable to wristband collection for both Day 1 & Day 2)
• Nov 8-9 (9 am – 7 pm): Venice Area, Ocean Park 3 (applicable only to wristband collection for the corresponding show date)
• Head to the designated counter if you’ve completed face verification via the VinWonders app. Scan your face, show your QR code or ticket, and collect your wristband and gifts before the event.
• Proceed to the event entrance according to your ticket type for a face scan, wristband check, and security inspection before entering.
• Check-in times are as follows:
  • For VVIP/VIP ticket class attending soundcheck: 3 pm – 4 pm
  • For other ticket classes: 4:30 pm – 8 pm

Option 2: On-site check-in

Step 1: Go to the wristband collection location and wait in line according to your ticket class.

• Nov 6-7 (10 am – 7 pm): 1st Floor, Vincom Mega Mall Ocean Park 1 (applicable to wristband collection for both Day 1 & Day 2)
• Nov 8-9 (9 am – 7 pm): Venice Area, Ocean Park 3 (applicable only to wristband collection for the corresponding show date)

Step 2: Present your e-ticket or physical ticket for the staff to scan.

Step 3: The Organizer will take a facial verification photo to confirm your ticket and manage entry and exit during the event.

Step 4: Receive the wristband and gift (if any) according to your ticket class.

Step 5: On the show date, proceed to the entrance gate according to your ticket class. Your face, wristband, and belongings will be checked before entry for security purposes.

Check-in times are as follows:

• For VVIP/VIP ticket class attending soundcheck: 3 pm – 4 pm
• For other ticket classes: 4:30 pm – 8 pm
