The Organizing Committee of 8WONDER WINTER 2025 would like to officially inform all audiences, partners, and artists that, due to unexpected circumstances affecting the overall event planning and after thorough review and consideration, we sincerely regret to announce that 8Wonder Winter 2025 — originally scheduled for December 6, 2025, at VEC Hanoi — will no longer proceed as planned.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause. We would also like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all fans, partners, and artists for your continued support throughout the preparation process.

We hereby announce that full refunds will be issued to all customers who purchased tickets through our official channels. Please refer to the detailed information below:

  • Official channels:
  • Refund Method: A 100% ticket refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Estimated Refund Start Date: From November 22, 2025
  • Estimated Processing Time: Up to 30–45 working days (depending on the bank/payment provider)
  • Please note: Personal expenses such as hotel bookings, flights, transportation, etc. are not covered under this refund policy.
