- Motorbike: Follow National Road 1A south, passing by Ninh Binh toward Thanh Hoa. After about 150 km, turn left at a large intersection that links to National Road 10. From there, it is a straight shot to Hai Tien Beach (10 km away).
- Car: Follow Highway CT01. After about 150 km, you will reach Thanh Hoa Province. Follow the signs to switch to National Road 47 and head east. At a large five-way intersection, turn left onto Le Loi Boulevard. Follow the boulevard to the large intersection that links to National Road 10 and turn right. From there, it is a straight shot to Hai Tien Beach (10 km away).
- Train: You can take a train from Hanoi Train Station to Thanh Hoa Train Station. Upon arrival, hop on bus number 06 and ask the conductor to drop you off near Vuc Market. From there, catch a taxi or motorbike taxi straight to Hai Tien Beach. Or, you can just take a taxi all the way from the train station to the beach, which is more convenient if you are traveling with a group.
- Limousine bus: You can take a limousine bus ride from Hanoi to Thanh Hoa, which will drop you off in the city center. From there, catch a taxi or motorbike taxi to Hai Tien Beach.
