To help guests easily look up and select attractions suitable for their height, VinWonders Phu Quoc provides reference height information along with general notes applicable when participating in attractions within the park.

To ensure a convenient and suitable entertainment experience, VinWonders Phu Quoc provides reference height information applicable to attractions and experience areas.

>140 cm	Games: Thor’s Adventure (>145cm), The Wrath of Zeus, Ipanema Skate Ride, Nemesis Spin Typhoon World: Upstream challenge, Waikiki Surfing, Insanity Drop, Mighty Drop, Kamikaze. And included attractions for children under 140 cm. Exclude the Coco Oasis, which is only for children under 140 cm.

2. Safety Regulations for Attractions

Guests must carefully read the safety instructions for each attraction and strictly follow the guidance of the operating staff.
All attractions have specific height, weight, and safety requirements.
Guests weighing 100kg or more may be restricted from participating in many attractions; please review the regulations carefully before purchasing tickets.
Pregnant women, elderly guests, and guests with medical conditions related to cardiovascular health, blood pressure, vestibular disorders, or neurological conditions may be restricted from participating in most attractions.

3. Regulations for Typhoon World Water Park

Guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear to ensure safety.
Acceptable swimwear must not include zippers, buttons, or hard accessories.

4. Weather Conditions

Outdoor attractions may be temporarily suspended during adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds to ensure guest safety.
The water park remains open during light rain.

5. General Park Regulations

Prohibited items: food and beverages, pets, portable speakers, flammable or explosive items, skateboards, and other restricted items are not allowed through the entrance gates.
Guests are not permitted to feed, touch, or directly interact with displayed animals.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

6. Services & Amenities

Standard ticket prices do not include food and beverage services, shopping, transportation, or rental services such as lockers, footwear, strollers, bicycles, umbrellas, towels, etc.
Some rental services require a deposit. In case of damage or loss, guests are required to compensate at least the deposit amount or the actual value of the item, depending on the extent of damage or loss.
