    • Foreigners entering Vietnam for humanitarian relief or assistance to Vietnamese organizations or individuals.
  • If the fee payer does not meet the requirements for issuance of passports, laissez-passers, or AB stamps, the fee-collecting organization will refund the fee upon notifying the fee payer of the result. If the fee payer refuses to receive the result, the fee will not be refunded.
  • If the fee payer does not meet the requirements for issuance of visas or other travel documents, or if the fee-payer refuses to receive the result, the fee-collecting organization is not obligated to refund the fee.
  • In cases of lost or damaged visa documents that need to be reissued, the fee will be the same as for obtaining a new visa.
  • The fee for e-visa issuance is paid through the electronic payment gateway specified by the Immigration Department. This fee will not be refunded even if the e-visa application is not approved.
