The current Singapore Ambassador to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is Mr. Jaya Ratnam. Previously serving as Singapore’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, concurrently accredited to the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the European Union, Mr. Jaya Ratnam brings extensive diplomatic experience to his role.
