When planning an unforgettable journey to Vietnam, obtaining a Vietnam visa becomes a crucial step in ensuring a seamless travel experience. The Vietnam visa application form is the gateway that unlocks the treasures of Vietnam travel, allowing you to explore its breathtaking landscapes and immerse yourself in its rich heritage.
1. How many Vietnam visa application forms are there?
There are two types of Vietnam visa application forms:
- NA1 form
The NA1 form is submitted along with the required documents to the Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad (such as Vietnam embassy or consulates) or to the representative agencies of Vietnam in other countries. Additionally, for those who enter Vietnam with an approval letter and then apply for a visa at Vietnam airports, the NA1 form will be submitted at the international border checkpoint, and the visa will be issued on the spot.
- Online form
The online application form is submitted through the e-visa website or the Immigration Department’s Electronic Portal for Entry and Exit of Vietnam.
