Here is how to get to Munirensay Temple from Ninh Kieu Wharf (106 Hai Ba Trung Street, Tan An, Ninh Kieu, Can Tho) in a few simple steps. From Ninh Kieu Wharf, head north on Hai Ba Trung Street. Turn left onto Ngo Gia Tu Street, then continue onto Nguyen Trai Street. At Independence Square, take the first exit onto Hoa Binh Boulevard. Keep going, and the temple will be on your right.

If you prefer using public transportation, bus route CT-01 (Ba Lang – O Mon) is a great option. The route spans 32.5 kilometers and stops along several major streets and Can Tho’s key landmarks, including Hoa Binh Boulevard. The bus starts at Ba Lang Bus Station and ends at O Mon Bus Station. It operates from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a frequency of one bus every 15 minutes.

2. History of Munirensay Temple

Built in 1948 using simple bamboo and leaf materials, Munirensay Temple has undergone multiple renovations over the decades to reach its current form. The main prayer hall, an important feature of the temple complex, was completed in 1964.
