Thai Vi Temple is nestled in Van Lam Hamlet, Ninh Hai Commune, Hoa Lu District, Ninh Binh Province, within the Tam Coc – Bich Dong complex. This temple is situated with the Ngo Giang River to the right and Coi Linh Mountain to the left, amidst a poetic landscape of green hills and azure waters.

5. When does the festival at Thai Vi Temple take place?

The best time to visit Thai Vi Temple is during the rice harvest season, from mid-May to early June. During this period, the fields transform into a golden mosaic of ripening rice, set against the backdrop of warm sunlight. For an even richer experience, time your visit with the Thai Vi Temple Festival, which takes place on the 14th and 15th day of the third lunar month. To get to Thai Vi Temple, you will first need to secure an entrance ticket to the Tam Coc – Bich Dong complex. The ticket price is 250,000 VND for adults, 120,000 VND for children 1 – 1.3 meters tall, and free for children under 1 meter tall. This ticket has included the boat ride.
