2. Lucky Box: A chance to score VinWonders tickets priced 9K – 19K – 29K VND

Promotion details:

• Customers who participate in our Lucky Box program have the chance to win admission tickets at all VinWonders locations (VinWonders Phu Quoc/Nha Trang/Nam Hoi An, Vinpearl Safari Phu Quoc, VinKE & Vinpearl Aquarium, etc.) for only 9K, 19K, 29K VND.
• The type of ticket that the customer wins will decide the location of usage (e.g. VinWonders Nha Trang 9K ticket)
• Winning customers are kindly requested to check their emails for details of their prize tickets.
• Each customer is only allowed to participate in the Lucky Box program once.
• Customers can only use one email and one device (Computer/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile phone, etc.) to participate in the program. 
• Prizes will not be awarded if any violations of the program’s Terms and Conditions are detected by the organizers.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LUCKY BOX PROGRAM:

• Step 1: Access the VinWonders.com website on a computer or mobile device, or download and access the VinWonders app during 12:00 – 14:00, on July 7th, 2023. Wait for a moment until the lucky boxes appear.
• Step 2: Enter your personal information and press “MỞ QUÀ NGAY” (translation: “Open now”) 
• Step 3: Wait for system response regarding the result of the lucky gift box.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Please take a screenshot of your participation details and winnings to provide to VinWonders if necessary.
• If you win a prize, the system will send a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive the prize notification email after 24 hours, please contact the hotline 1900 23 23 89 (extension 3) for assistance.
• In the event that you do not receive the prize notification email within 24 hours, please inform VinWonders for resolution within 72 hours. After this time, VinWonders will not address any related complaints.
