Here, turn left and go to Vo Nguyen Giap Road. Reaching the end of the road, turn right onto National Road 1 and continue to Dong Nai Province.

Take a shortcut onto Ho Xuan Huong Street. After 6 kilometers, turn left onto National Road 1 to reach Binh Thuan Province. Continue on to Phan Thiet City, Ninh Thuan Province, Phan Rang – Thap Cham City, and Khanh Hoa Province. Continue straight on National Road 1A through Quang Ngai and Quang Nam provinces to reach Da Nang City.

2.2. By car

If you prefer a more comfortable and faster option, traveling by car is a great choice. You can rent a car with or without a driver. The journey takes around 18-20 hours, depending on traffic.

Starting from downtown Ho Chi Minh City, go to Thu Thiem Bridge. Enter the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway. After 55 kilometers on the expressway, turn right onto National Road 1. Continue straight to Dong Nai Province. 

From here, you can follow the same route as with a motorbike to reach the beautiful city of Da Nang. Before embarking on this journey, ensure that your car is in good condition and bring enough food and water for the trip.

3. How to get from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang by public transportation?

3.1. Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang flights

• SE6: 09:00 AM – 02:49 AM, total travel time: about 17 hours
